UCI ROAD WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS HOSPITALITY FAQ’s
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?
The UCI Finish Line Pavilion Hospitality Package includes a chef’s grazing buffet and complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (premium beer, wines and soft drinks). Full details of each VIP package are listed below, and can also be found in the product description on the book hospitality website (www.bookhospitality.com):
VIP Finish Line Pavilion Hospitality Packages include:

WHERE IS THE UCI FINISH LINE PAVILION LOCATED?
The UCI Finish Line Pavilion is located in West Park in central Harrogate; it is positioned adjacent to the race circuit and finish line.
WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKETS?
The UCI Road World Championships hospitality package provides access to the UCI Finish Line Pavilion on the designated date(s). Once a payment is made via bookhospitality.com, you will receive an email confirmation, detailing the selected package and race day information.
During the check-out process, you will be able to select either to ‘collect your passes at the event’ or ‘have your passes sent via registered post’. For ‘collect at event’ you will be required to show your printed confirmation along with photo ID at the VIP Hospitality Welcome Desk on arrival at the UCI Finish Line Pavilion. This will be exchanged for a souvenir event pass and lanyard.
Please note that approximately six weeks prior to the event, all hospitality ticket holders will be sent an email containing further race-day event and travel information.
Where bookings are for multiple people, the lead name will be responsible for supplying all UCI Finish Line Pavilion guest names a minimum of 14 days in advance. All guest information should be sent to email@example.com.
Please note that guest passes are not transferable on the event day itself. Guests will be issued with their own pass, lanyard and wristband, which must be worn, and visible at all times.
Passes and wristbands will be date and session specific. Access will not be permitted on any other dates.
WILL I HAVE A PRIVATE TABLE?
The UCI Finish Line Pavilion has been designed to enable guests to watch the action close up from an exclusive external viewing area and or to relax within the internal hospitality suite, with viewing on a large screen. Guests can enjoy a range of seating and relaxing areas but these are on an informal, casual basis and are not reserved tables.
HOW DO I GET TO THE RACE CIRCUIT?
All UCI Finish Line Pavilion guests will enter via VIP hospitality entrances located in West Park. Welcome hosts will be there to greet all guests before escorting them through to their hospitality suite. Security check-points will operate throughout the area and regular inspections will be made. We do request all hospitality guests wear and show their VIP hospitality pass, lanyard and wristbands at all times. From the hospitality suites, all guests will have exclusive access to the external viewing area; which overlooks the final stretch of the race circuit and carries excellent views of the finish line.
CAN I GET INTO THE FANZONE?
Utilising the UCI Finish Line Pavilion guest past and wristband, all hospitality guests will be able to visit the Official Fanzone through a designated entrance.
Subject to retaining their VIP guest pass, lanyard and wristband, UCI Finish Line Pavilion guests will be able to leave the Pavilion and re-enter during the designated race / hospitality session. VIP guests will be subject to event security protocols and searches
WHAT TIME DOES THE VENUE OPEN?
The UCI Finish Line Pavilion opens each day in line with the scheduled race times. Important to note, these start times do vary and access will differ if it is a Road Race or Time Trial. Specific times are listed on each race day package and guest information containing the latest timings will be reconfirmed to each guest six weeks prior to the event.
CAN I PAY FOR FOOD AND DRINKS BY CARD?
Guests experiencing the UCI Finish Line Pavilion will enjoy an all-inclusive food and beverage package.
CAN I BRING CHILDREN?
The UCI Finish Line Pavilion has been designed for adults and alcohol will be served. Whilst children are not prohibited we do not recommend this package for young children and we are unable to provide dedicated baby changing or support facilities etc. Children aged fifteen years or younger must be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian.
I HAVE ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS?
The UCI Finish Line Pavilion and external viewing area is accessible via ramps for both access and egress. An accessible toilet is located within the Finish Line Pavilion. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any specific requirements.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Subject to the following refund policy, you can cancel your contract at any time before it is completed.
If you cancel more than twelve (12) weeks before the event date then, subject to the following sentence, we will refund 50% of the fees and if you cancel less than twelve (12) weeks before the event date, there will be no refund. We will however use reasonable efforts to sell the Hospitality Packages you have cancelled and, if successful, will refund to you an amount equal to the price received (which we cannot guarantee will be the same as the fees you have paid), less any refund already paid to you and less reasonable handling and administrative charges and reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your ending the contract. Please note that in the case that the Event Terms and Conditions set out a different cancellation or refund policy, they will prevail over the general policy set out in this Clause. You will have ticked a box on our Website to accept these at the point you place your order.

Refunds will be made to the card used for making the Booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SCHEDULE CHANGES?
The Race and rider schedule is subject to change. Bookhospitality.com are not able to influence the rider lists, which are confirmed by the UCI on the day of the competition.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE UCI FINISH LINE PAVILION?
Bag and individual security checks will be made on each guest, prior to entering the hospitality Pavilion. A cloakroom facility will be available for hospitality guests, however we recommend that guests do not bring high value items. Sporting event security protocols will be in place throughout this event.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
No food or drink may be brought into the Pavilion. All VIP guests will enjoy complimentary food and beverage served throughout the session. Should you or your guests have any dietary requirements please contact email@example.com 14 days prior to the event and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.
DO I GET A SEAT IN THE GRANDSTAND?
There is no formal UCI Road World Championships Grandstand located in Harrogate. All Finish Line guests will have access to the external viewing area adjacent to the Finishing straight (direct access from the Pavilion). This is a standing area and does not include seating.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
A smart casual dress code is recommended for guests within the UCI Finish Line Pavilion. Given that outside the Pavilion the temperatures maybe cooler or wet in September and guests may wish to enjoy the racing form the external viewing area, guests are advised to dress appropriately with a number of layers/outerwear that can be taken off inside.
CAN I RESELL MY HOSPITALITY PACKAGES?
Yorkshire 2019 is against ticket touting and is committed to eradicating it wherever possible. Ticket touting excludes fans who cannot afford the inflated prices offered and prevents cycling being accessible to all sections of the community. Tickets bought and sold from or by an unauthorised agent/individual either online or in person may see you with a counterfeit ticket and could leave you out of pocket with no access to the venue. DO NOT take the risk. Yorkshire 2019 monitors online auction and ticket resale sites and any tickets sold in breach of ticket conditions may be cancelled, leading to refused entry into the Pavilion. If you are unable to attend the event then you are permitted to pass on your ticket at face value (or less than face value) to a family member or friend. Yorkshire 2019 reserves the right to request verification of identity and source of purchase upon entry to the venue.

WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost for each package is detailed on a per head basis and varies for each session. The prices quoted on our website are INCLUSIVE of VAT. The prices vary by race session.
WHAT ABOUT MY GUESTS?
The lead name on the booking form shall be responsible for advising Book Hospitality of any guest dietary information or accessibility requirements. The lead name shall also be responsible for the ensuring the orderly behaviour of their guests. Guests are hosted within a professional sports setting, intoxicated or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and the organisers reserve the right to ask any person to leave the area deemed to be of danger to the competition or displaying signs of unacceptable behaviour without the right for refund.
